Jean R.Priscilla is the simply the best realtor I have ever worked with. I have bought and sold 2 homes and 3 rental properties over my lifetime, but of all the realtors I have worked with (and some were doozies) she is hands-down the best. Always on top of things, nudging escrow to close on time, very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge. She is up-to-date on the marketplace, and negotiates the best price. My house had foundation issues that I didn’t want to deal with, Priscilla found me an investor, was always in contact with him in case there were any questions and to push him when he didn’t follow up, kept me informed constantly about the status and any issues, negotiated not only a great selling price but also got me 45 days after closing so I had time to move! She even helped me move! Carrying boxes! Helping me clean out the house that I’d lived in for more than 20 years! I have never dealt with anybody (realtor or not) so helpful and caring; I felt totally comfortable (and moving is so stressful) selling my home with her to cover my back.
